Her background is in anatomy, physiology, study of holistic healing and she has a deep personal belief in the power of the mind, body and spirit enhance every massage. Trisha completed her education and training at Central Florida School of Health Sciences located in Orlando. She is a Licensed Practical Nurse and has been a Health Professional for almost 20 years.

Jenny Runde's interest in Massage Therapy began with Reflexology. In 2007, she attended the Academy of Ancient Reflexology and became one of the few Certified Reflexologist in Central Florida. In 2009, she graduated from Central Florida School of Massage Therapy Inc. As a therapist she offers safe, non-invasive therapeutic touch in a calming environment to those who would otherwise not be able to slow down. She is an active member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association. National Certification #573235-09

Carla has an Associates of Science degree in natural health with a concentration in therapeutic massage and skin care from Florida College of Natural Health. Carla is fluent in English and Spanish. She feels that getting into massage therapy was the best choice she has made! She truly does love to help people and feels she can do that with massage therapy. Carla became Sport Massage certified in November 2010. Her dream is to work with athletes, She will continue her journey with training in other modalities. The possibilities are endless!
